On May 17 2007:
BK Engineering and Construction Company was established in consonance with the Business Registration No. 6503000017 issued by Management Board of Dung Quoc Economic Zone.
From August 2008 to the end of 2009:
On August 2007, the Company achieved the first Purchase Order from Technip Contractor to perform construction item on infrastructure in Dung Quoc Refinery- one of the remarkably national project.
Since then up to the end of 2009, the Company had been continuously obtaining the major items in Dung Quoc Refinery until it was accepted and put into operation. Simultaneously, the Company partook in some large-scale projects comprising of Ba Na Hills Project, Thi Vai Teminal Project, Thuan Phuoc suspension Bridge, etc
- Revenue in the year of 2007: 2.2 Billion VND
- Revenue in the year of 2008: 87.6 Billion VND
- Revenue in the year of 2009: 50.0 Billion VND
From 2010 up to present:
After accomplishing the construction Items in Dung Quoc Refinery, the Company had targeted a new strategy of development considered as a long-term strategy to become a professional engineering and construction contractor and the vanguard enterprise in researching and applying the advanced approaches of technology and new material in traffic and infrastructure engineering in Vietnam.
The company has been performed in a role as Supervision Consultant in Projects including Nguyen Van Troi- Tran Thi Ly Bridge and Noi Bai-Lao Cai Highway Project.
Synchronically, the Company is attaching the special importance to do research and apply the advanced technology in construction such as: Neoweb Cellular Coefficient System, TL-2000 Asphalt Concrete, soil consolidation by Consolid etc. Initially, a state-of-art laboratory has been established in Danang to test and experiment on some provincial roads. For the application in real, TL-2000 Asphalt Concrete had been constructed successfully to repair the Road 2/9 in Danang City. Some other similar projects have being applied the technology marketed by the Company.
In 2011, besides exerting themselves to the utmost to implement the involved projects, the Company has being in cooperation with Getinsa Company, one of the Supervision Consultancy Leaders of Spain, and some Vietnamese Enterprises to establish a Joint Venture in Vietnam specializing in Construction Consultancy to utilizing the strengths of each party to approach the Highway Projects in Vietnam.

- The estimated revenue for the first semi annum of 2011: 5.8 Billion VND
